UPDATE
Please find us on Facebook  and we welcome you to join as we are sharing necessary information about us and the industry periodically.
Quick Links
Greetings,

Summer is upon us and for many it’s time to be taking vacation.  We hope if you’re doing any traveling that you stay safe.  If there’s anything we can do to assist you while you’re away from work, please don’t hesitate to ask.

A friendly reminder: we will be closed July 4th and with limited service on the 5th.  Like any other holiday weekend we strongly recommend you to be aware of transit times.  We strongly recommend contacting us if your shipment needs to arrive by a specific day around the holiday weekend. We’re here to give you options.

Re-bills and the Dispute
We understand that at times, things don’t work out as planned. We value you as our client and are here to serve you as needed. Sometimes, that means we must do what we can to right a wrong.  Please see the following common re-bills and what the carriers are asking for to dispute the additional costs.
  • Re-weight:   A scale’s print ticket direct from the warehouse works great!  With or without that ticket we will still need the following to dispute; picking list, packing sheet, owners catalog, scale calibration certificate.  With the above information is a winning combination to dispute and win any re-weight charge.
  • Re-class:  We start with our due-deligence and investigate before you even know you’ve been re-classed.  We will request a W&I (Weight & Inspection) from the carrier and examine what they have re-classed compared to what was used.  If the carrier is incorrect we will automatically dispute or follow up with requesting a picking list and packing sheet from you.
  • Sort & Segs:  This is a service that does not require approval and is performed per consignee’s request.  No approval is required because it is a time and money saver and benefits the paying company.  If this was wrongfully charged, however, we would confirm with the consignee and then speak to the local delivery terminal to reverse the charge.
  • Residential fee:  We understand that some customers are not as forthcoming, and in most cases this fee is valid.  Our first step is to see for ourselves via a program like Google Earth.  If this is not valid we will simply dispute through our proper channels using a screen shot.
