Have you started to use the new CarrierRate 2.0?  If you haven’t, we encourage you to do so as there are many new added features to help your quoting and shipping process become more efficient.  If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to set up an appointment with us.  We are here to assist you in any and all the ways we can.

Also, Mark will be in town for the next couple of months.  We assume he needs time to thaw out from the cold and snow.  Either way, we would like to stop by and say hello and maybe discuss any concerns or questions about 2.0.  Please let us know when would work best for you.

Freezing Temperatures

It’s been a rough winter this year.  The Northeast specifically has been getting the worst of it.  From freezing rain in Atlanta to several feet of snow in New England, you need to be prepared for possible delays and damages.

We have expedited and guaranteed options to help ensure your freight arives on-time and safely, however, delays may still occur. If your freight has the possibilty of freezing, please ensure it is packaged properly to prevent freezing. Be aware that some carriers will still reject freight susceptible to freezing even if properly protected.

About the Team
One of the contributors to Millennium Shipping is a good friend of Todd’s.  Liz and Todd have been friends since college.  They both attended SUNY Potsdam in Northern New York.  After college, Todd moved back to the Syracuse area and Liz moved back to Long Island.  They’ve always had a strong bond and have been a source of support to one another.
Liz helps to write and edit the Newsletter every month.  Her contributions are greatly appreciated and she has become a valuable member of our team.  She now resides in the D.C. area and lives with her fiance.  She is getting married in Annapolis in May and Todd is honored to be attending.

Contest
We want to congratulate Annette for winning the tablet last month!  We assigned everyone a number and then randomly drew a number out of a hat.  We thank everyone for their business and appreciate your support through the years. 
 
Four years is a milestone for Todd as he had big odds stacked up against him when he walked in after his dad’s passing.  We truly thank you for staying with us through the years and look forward to the future with you.
