Greetings to our wonderful and loyal customers!

As we celebrate Millennium Shipping’s four year anniversary, we are on track to make this the best year yet!  Our goal is to make your customer experience the best in the industry.  Please note that we now have a live person (Welcome, Carolina!) answering every call during regular business hours.

We apologize for the late January newsletter, but we have been waiting for the release of Carrierrate 2.0.  We were also waiting on some information to better assist you with the transition.  Please see the main article below.

CarrierRate 2.0
GlobalTranz is currently beta testing a new and improved CarrierRate, better known as CarrierRate 2.0!

A cleaner, easier user interface will make shipping with GlobalTranz an even more obvious choice for all of your LTL needs (and more!).

-Shipment and Quote tabs allow for a shipper to seamlessly switch between various activities without losing information previously entered. This feature creates flexibility and real-time quoting capabilities formerly unrealized in the industry.
-Save quotes for future use at any step throughout the process. Ability to run multiple tabs to build quotes for several customers simultaneously. Retrieval of quotes and pre-population of workflow can now be accomplished with the greatest of ease.
-CARRIERRATE 2.0 also introduces a new live chat feature for unprecedented real-time communications between freight agent and shipper.
-Comprehensive and powerful reports to help shippers make decisions about their logistics activities. You will be able to get a quick overview of the major indicators you determine are important, allowing you to track and follow the information that effects your business most.

About the Team
We are celebrating Andrea’s two-year anniversary this month working with Millennium Shipping. She is a great asset to this team and we are happy to have her! At an early age, she enrolled in painting and drawing classes.  It didn’t take long for her to realize it had become one of her favorite hobbies.
Andrea’s biggest inspiration was her older brother, who studied architecture. She saw a lot of his designs and projects and started to become inspired by buildings, nature, fashion, landscapes, cultures, etc.  She also enjoys graphic design work and is always trying to find other ways to create art and be able to share it. Her other passions include photography, learning new languages, watching soccer games, and visiting orphanages to help children in need.

We are celelbrating our FOUR year anniversary and we are very excited for the future!  We started out with only Todd and one Globaltranz’s customer service representative.  We now have Todd, Mark, Andrea, and Carolina.
