With his added free time, Alan picked up old hobbies like his guitar and piano, learning a new programming language and says, “you know, stuff I wouldn’t normally do when I was busy with life”.

Dessa and her family have been eating home cooked meals, playing games, and swimming in their pool. Dessa has also been tutoring children. Simply put, she says this has been “quality time at its finest”. She says she has become a better cook and baker, as well as spent time planting in the garden. She remains positive and feels this situation is a great opportunity to help in our own little way and give back to the most needy. She and her family pray each night together that this crisis will soon be over.

I’m sure some have received the corporate financial report for your account and past due invoices. They too, along with the carriers, have been doing their part to be productive. Andrea has been helping to facilitate some of those invoices to either help you get information surrounding specific invoices or reaching back out to corporate to explain an invoice is pending because of a claim, dispute, etc. on behalf of you so that corporate is up to date.
