Our Story

Millennium Shipping was founded in honor of Paul Wasulko, a dedicated logistics professional who built his company on the principles of Honesty, Integrity, and Trust. Originally launched as HIT Logistics (honesty, integrity, trust) in 2007, Paul quickly became one of the top-performing agents in the GlobalTranz network. His passion for service, relationships and ethical business practices made a lasting impression on clients and peers alike which Todd has learned from and carried on.

After Paul’s sudden passing in 2010, his son, Todd Wasulko, took over the company—despite having no prior experience in the industry or how to operate a business. Driven by love, determination, and a deep respect for his father’s legacy, Todd worked tirelessly to learn the business from the ground up. In 2011, the company was renamed Millennium Shipping, and under Todd’s leadership, it continued to be a top-performing agency within GlobalTranz’s growing network.

Today, Millennium Shipping honors Paul’s legacy every day by operating with the same principles he founded the business on. We continue to build lasting relationships based on trust, service and performance.
