We thank everyone who participated in last month’s contest to win Florida Panthers playoff tickets. One lucky winner went to game 5 which ended up being a nail-biting, double-overtime game. Unfortunately, they went on to lose that game, as well game 6, so that is the end of their season. Todd has already renewed his seats for next year and he is confident they will be at it again.

At times, we come across claims that a customer has signed for their freight without fully inspecting it.  We covered this in January’s Newsletter under Concealed Damage and What You’re Entitled To.  While it is about protecting yourself from damaged goods, it is important to remember that this is a legal contract.  No one would sign a legal document without thoroughly reading it.  We should treat a BOL with the same level of respect and ensure that all fields on the document are correct.

This month’s contest is for your whole office. In previous contests, we have supplied a lunch pizza party, but this time around it will be breakfast.  If you respond to this email within the next 48 hours, you will automatically be entered.
