New GlobalTranz Invoicing Policy
|
| IMPORTANT: GlobalTranz has established a new poilicy regarding invoices and credit. The new policy states that no client will be extended credit if they have invoices over 30 days. That being said, GlobalTranz will not be willing to work with the Millennium Shipping Team to open up more credit for our clients until invoices are less than 30 days old. It is important to know which invoices are pending and we will be happy to send you an invoice summary report whenever you would like. This is also something you can pull off of the carrier-rate website. |

Weather Delays |
 The winter storm Leon has been wreaking havoc from Chicago to Texas to Florida’s panhandle and the entire East coast. The storm has been dumping snow, sleet, and ice coupled with extreme freezing temperatures. Travel problems for the public have been widespread and do not exlcude the transportation industry. Many terminals are 3-5 days behind schedule. Please keep this in mind when scheduling shipments and current shipments in transit. |

About the team |
A year ago this month we hired Andrea as our dispatcher.
Andrea has been instrumental in our growth and successful in our effective communication with you, your customers, and our carriers. Every shipment is closely watched as she does all she can to ensure freight is picked up and delivered on time.
Andrea enjoys drawing, painting, and graphic design. She has created many of the images we have used on this newsletter and our Facebook page. She is fluent in English and Spanish and would like to learn German. She is a valued employee and we are happy to have her on the team!
